This yeast produces a superb flavor profile and can be used to produce a large variety of top fermented beers (Biere Blanche, Trappist, Ale, etc.). High final density.
Refermentation in the bottle: forms a solid sediment in the bottles at the end of secondary fermentation, without forming lumps, leaving the beer clear and well carbonated (recommended amount in refermentation: 2.5-5 gram / hectolitre).
