Users / customers who purchase products in the Fatal, Lda online store at www.fatal.pt, NIF 500109966, when they start browsing and / or interacting with the site, accept these General Conditions.
Fatal, Lda may modify the information and commercial offer of any product without notice.
Any and all prices displayed on the online store may be changed without prior notice and are subject to stock outage.
In the case of any order that cannot be fulfilled, in part or in full, the customer will be contacted in a timely manner to find an appropriate solution to solve the situation.
Any and all items for sale online are subject to stockout.
By accepting the terms and conditions you are also accepting that the data you provide will only be used for marketing and direct communication purposes by Fatal, Lda. If you do not accept this condition please email us at sandra [at] fatal.pt so that we can remove it.
GEOGRAPHICAL AREA
These general sales term are valid for Portugal and Madeira Islands and Azores and other EU countries that will be available until the end of February 2020.

DELIVERY DATE
As a rule, the delivery time is 48 hours after dispatch to mainland Portugal, and 12 business days after dispatch to Madeira and Azores, and and up to 6 business days for the remaining countries.
PAYMENT OPTIONS.
Following the order confirmation, you will have at your disposal the following payment options:
1. Payment by ATM reference (only for Portugal)
2. Credit Card
3. Paypal®.
TRANSPORT
Free shipping on orders over € 80.00 in mainland Portugal.
In other countries and islands shipping costs are validated at the final stage of the ordering process, depending on the country from which the order is placed, as well as depending on the load weight.
The customer is notified by email, fax or telefone on the day that goods are shipped.
MERCHANDISE RECEPTION
Check the number and condition of the packages (box damaged, dirty or damp).
Whenever you notice an anomaly, mention it in the carrier's guide in the "Recipient Reservations" field, keeping a copy and sending it by email or fax within 24 hours, otherwise we will not be responsible for any damage presented by the goods.
RETURN OF GOODS
The Customer has, under applicable law, the right to the contract settlement (without payment of compensation and without giving a reason) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (article 10, paragraph 1 of DL 24 / 2014 of 14 February).
In order to exercise its right of free termination, the Customer must notify Fatal, lda of its decision to terminate this agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (eg, letter sent by post, or email).
The Customer must bear the full costs of returning the goods in the event of exercise of the right of free contract cancellation.
LITIGATION
In case of dispute related to the present Terms and Conditions and / or the use of the online store, the competent court for its consideration is the Aveiro District (Portugal).
Under the terms of article 18 of Law no. 144/2015, of September 8, in case of consumer dispute, the User, as a consumer, may also resort to:

Alternative dispute resolution is the possibility for all consumers to have recourse to official entities to assist them in resolving or directing any conflict before they start litigation in the courts.

FINAL DISPOSITIONS
Fatal may cancel the availability of any or all of the Online Store (www.fatal.pt) for commercial or operational reasons, thus not guaranteeing that it or its content is permanently available, and is always committed as possible to inform Users registered with the Online Store.
